I have had a lot of emails and reports of lightworkers/warriors not sleeping the past two weeks. It started about a week before the Equinox (in the Northern Hemisphere), and it continues. Friday night, the 24th, was particularly bad, and also last night Sunday 27th of September 2010.
The overall patterns are the following:
- Weird dreams
- Feeling of giving up
- Leaving the “fight”
- Very agitated energy
- Waking up over and over all night, or inability to go back to sleep.
Some of the dream patterns:
- You cannot protect anyone
- Your leaders are useless
- Mother not helpful, or asks you to stop fighting, or leave the planet.
- Fearful images, like “devils”
From my investigation, it could be one of two things:
- The elite are “test running” some sort of vibrational technology, after all fear and love are simply wavelengths. The technology does exist, as to how they are implementing it on a world wide scale, that is open to discussion.
- We have entered what some call the “photon belt” which is purging all negative energies from our bodies. However, from my research it appears that this photon belt would also bring down the electric grid, satellite transmission, and stuff like that, so it is not likely to be this, but I know very little about it, so do your own research on this one.
It could, of course, be a combination of the two above. See which one resonates strongest to you.
If you are at all trained in mystical or shamanic methods, trace the energy back to the source. When I do this, I see the first one to be the indicated reason for our lack of sleep. Vibrational torture.
So, what can we do? At the moment, simply knowing it is not us, is a big relief. It is definitely externally created, or it would not be so widespread.
If you are in an area that is being targeted, there are a few things you can try:
- One of them, stop drinking tap water. Get spring water to drink and cook with. Or if you can, put filters in your drinking water, showers, tubs and wash basins. Use the reverse osmosis filters, as these remove fluoride as well as chloride and lots of other poisons.
- Another thing is to “focus” your attention on the source of the energy rather than the effects it is having on you. Release anger, fear and frustration, simply look at it, look at the source and overwhelm yourself with light and love.
- Meditation also helps. If you are finding it difficult to meditate right now, you can try the five min advanced meditation that you can download free from the Audio tab in this site.
- Any activity that puts you “in the zone”, such as sports, tai chi, playing music, dancing, painting, running, brisk walks and such.
- Sungazing. Remember to start a few seconds at a time and ONLY within one our after sunrise and within one our before sunset. This is the time when the harmful rays are not there. The sun is our greatest ally during this transition period.
- Smile. Smiling activates certain chemicals in our bodies that counteract negative feelings. It is hard to argue with a goofy smile on one’s face 😀
